None of this is exotic. It's the ordinary things every bank promises and most quietly skip — we just didn't skip them.
Account features
Every transaction posts the second it happens — not "1–3 business days," not "pending" for a week.
Unusual activity is held for human review automatically — before it clears, not after you've disputed it.
Every login needs a fresh code, on top of your password — standard on every account, not a paid add-on.
Every statement since account opening, searchable and downloadable, for as long as the account exists.
Message routed to a teller who can see your account — not a call queue that starts every call from zero.
No minimum balance, no overdraft traps. A purchase you can't cover is declined, not charged a fee for happening.
Most customers don't leave their old bank over one dramatic failure — it's the accumulation of small ones: a transfer that "clears" three days later than promised, a fee that appears with no warning, a support call that starts over from scratch every time. None of that is illegal or even unusual. It's just the default, and defaults are hard to notice until you compare them to something better.
We're not the cheapest possible option for every situation, and a large national bank will have branch coverage we can't match outside New York and Chicago. What we're claiming is narrower and, we think, more useful: the features on this page work exactly as described, for every customer, without a "premium tier" gate in front of the basics.
You can open an account and test the transfer speed, the fraud hold, and the support inbox yourself before moving significant money over — we'd rather earn the switch than ask you to take it on faith.
