Legal
Last updated July 1, 2026. This describes what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.
When you open an account, we collect your name, date of birth, government ID, address, phone number, and email. When you use your account, we record every transaction, login, and device you use to access it — this is the same activity data that powers your own transaction history and the fraud monitoring described in our Security Center.
To open and service your account, to detect and investigate fraud, to meet regulatory recordkeeping requirements, and to send you statements, security alerts, and service messages. We do not use your transaction history to build an advertising profile, and we do not sell your data to third parties.
Other banks and payment networks when a transfer or card payment requires it, regulators when legally required, and service providers bound by contract to use your data only to perform the service we hired them for — nobody else.
Account and transaction records are retained for seven years after an account closes, matching standard banking recordkeeping requirements. Login and device history is retained for two years to support fraud investigations.
You can request a copy of the personal data we hold on you, ask us to correct inaccurate information, and request account closure at any time from your portal support inbox. We cannot delete transaction records still within the seven-year regulatory retention window, even at your request.
The public website uses a session cookie to keep you logged into the portal and a CSRF token to protect forms from cross-site attacks. Neither is used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Passwords are hashed, never stored in plain text. Every login requires a one-time verification code. Full detail is in our Security Center.
